| I have to say that I truly value having a doctor that actually takes the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. I appreciate that when I get results I come in for a follow up appointment in which I can talk about what the result is, become educated about it, and don't have to be anxious over a phone while at home or in the office but rather in the confidential space in the office where I can immediately ask questions regardless of the particular result. Too many of my friends complain that they feel uninformed or confused after brief phone conversation. Never the case with Dr. Shangold; she tells you to come in, cares and is simply the best! | |

| I couldn’t believe it when Dr. Shangold asked me how she could help me stop smoking. I had tried and failed many times before and didn’t expect her – as my gynecologist – to deal with this. She gave me extra time and special care, and I am so happy that I have been free from cigarettes for 6 months now --- never to return to cigarettes again. | |

| At first I was disappointed by a long time in the waiting room, but the wait was well worth it. Dr. Shangold took care of all of my problems and spent a lot of time answering all of my questions and explaining several things I didn’t understand. I can understand that her thoroughness and attention to detail sometimes take longer than expected --- leading to some delays in the office schedule ---- but I am sure every patient is as happy as I am when she is directing her attention to me. I can see why her patients love her. | |

| I had a lot of bothersome symptoms, and I thought I would have to live with them forever because none of my doctors had ever been able to get rid of them. Dr. Shangold did some tests to determine the cause of my problems, and she has cured me permanently. | |
